My name is Rich Young.

I worked 13 years as an Executive Recruiter with Chaloner Associates in Boston, where I would read an average of 10 to 15 resumes a day. Prior to being a Recruiter, I spent 37 years in corporate Public Relations.

I’ve written a number of articles related to Job Search and even taught courses at MCI-Concord Prison on helping newly-released inmates find a job.
